Videos Are Not Loading!

If a video is not starting up for you, please follow these steps:

1. Refresh the page. Often this will solve the problem. 
2. Check a few different videos. We'll want to know if the problem affects a single video or the entire site. 
3. Contact us at support@Byrdseed.TV, and please include a link to the video so we can test it from our end.

We usually find that the problem is related to your district's network. Try watching a Byrdseed.TV video from another network. If you have a cell phone on you, that would be great (as long as it's not on the district wifi!). No need to log in, just watch the video on the homepage. If the videos work when connected to a different network, you'll probably need to ask your district's tech people to help. Apologies!
