An Account Expired Early

When you renew your Byrdseed.TV group subscription, we send you a renewal link along with your invoice. Every teacher who would like to renew their account (or start a new account) needs to use that link. If folks do not use that link, then their Byrdseed.TV accounts will expire at the end of their initial 12 months. If teachers are reporting that their subscriptions have ended earlier than they expected, it's most likely that they never used the renewal link. Resend the link to them and they can renew their account.
